Problem with my synthesizer-yamaha psr e 403.....help...:(? - yamaha synthesizer

my pc is detceting the device .. i hav done all the necessary facilities .... Wen (an examination of the link in the program music download thorugh the Yamaha) I can access files between the PC and the device. I do not have results in the MIDI Mapper and Wavetable .. plz advice what should I do to solve this problem ...
