I offer my home and depends on the buyer wants to get out of the market for about 2 months before he sold his house. I do not. However, if an offer without quotas, and pushed the end of several months, are not essentially the same thing? I want my house off the market when he signed? And if he falls to 3 months after the "under contract"? I lost all that valuable time to show in the season. THX (by the way) is my broker an idiot.
